Time & Shipping Cost
UPS aims to guarantee the delivery throughout Europe within 24/48 hours from the date of any order.
In some cases the delivery time may vary for reasons of force majeure, such as weather conditions and strikes.

Preparation time: orders received from Monday to Thursday, excluding holydays, will be shipped the same day if before 11:00 a.m. or the next working day if after 11:00 a.m.. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday are not shipped until the following working day. To ensure the highest quality, orders containing fresh products (cold cuts, cheese, fish, fresh sauces, mushrooms and truffles) from Thursday onwards, are not shipped until the following working day.
The goods ordered are delivered to the address specified by the user in the order form. Sign in and access the reserved section, hence click “Address Book” to deliver your own orders. The order status can be always consulted in the section “My orders”.
Deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday, during the normal working timetable, excluding National Days.
When the order is delivered to the Courier you can track your shipment by using the tracking number link found in your email confirmation.
The delivery is considered completed once the Customer is in the possession of the goods.
At the moment of the products delivery, the user is meticulously required to check:
That the number of delivered pieces matches the same indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to packaging and products or the mismatch in the number of parts/items or information must be immediately contested by the costumer, who may contact UFOODY through the Customer Service at email@example.com, specifying the problems of the order.
In case of failed delivery due to the absence of the consignee at the address indicated, the Courier will reattempt the delivery for a maximum of three times, after the third unsuccessful attempt the package goes back to the sender UFOODY s.r.l.s.. The Customer may contact the Courier Customer Service at (+39) 02 30 30 30 30 from 9:00 to 18:00 to agree upon the shipment.
In case of impossible delivery on the arranged day the ordered products will be returned to UFOODY.
After 30 days from the date in which the ordered products have been shipped to UFOODY due to the impossible delivery, the contract is considered concluded and the order canceled in accordance with the intent of the art. 1456 of the Consumption Code. UFOODY will refund the Costumer of the amount net of the products return and caretaking cost at the branch office of the delivery Courier of reference.
The conclusion of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated via e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the means of payment used by the user for the purchase.
Where, before the expiration of thirty days, ask the user to resend the product purchased, UFOODY proceeds prior to the new delivery charge, in addition to the expenditure of the same the cost of retuning the product to UFOODY and the expenditure custody.
