In Barigazzo there is an old building where Gianfranco “Ermes” Ruggi in 1979 furnished some laboratories of the first production: syrups, liqueur, mushrooms, marmelade, herbal sweets and the first plant-based cosmetics. The soil around is used for cultivation of aromatic plants.
